Aqueel Merchant brings over 20 years of diverse experience to our advisory board, spanning entrepreneurship, global leadership, and operational excellence. His journey began at the young age of 19, where he built a successful startup to a turnover of ½ Million USD. This early experience instilled in him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of building a business from the ground up.

He then transitioned to a leadership role at Accenture, managing a complex shared-services portfolio across India and the Philippines. This exposure to diverse industries and functions honed his ability to navigate challenges, build high-performing teams, and drive results.

Driven by his passion for helping others, Aqueel has spent the last five years dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs. He actively mentors and guides them through critical hurdles, drawing on his own entrepreneurial journey and learnings. Additionally, he founded and led a dev-ops company, further solidifying his expertise in building and scaling businesses.
