I would like to say a heartily thanks to Suresh Sir and Vijay Sir for your support and guidance throughout my career moreover thanks for giving me opportunity to work in VIT and faith in me. When I started work, VIT was expanding with great force and we enjoyed to be the part of that success. Sometimes People complain about salary so I would say a company with small clients and small product can’t make that much profit so can’t pay you salary which you may expect by looking your friends working with Big MNCs. But if you work hard and contribute in delivering profit, definitely you will get your share and I am saying this by my own experience. By having almost 10 years of experience in IT industry, I can say that no other company provides you, that in-depth technical exposure. We started by cropping the PSD files , making the HTML page to build full-fledged website so you get the chance to involve in all phases of Product Life cycle, here no one would stop you to do any RND work and apply the same in your product. Customer reviews/feedbacks are so important in VIT since it’s a result driven company, so you should be innovative and keen to learn and should surprise your customer then you will be rewarded by customer and Management. People/ Colleagues were so helpful though I was fresher, they were always there to help me so never felt any stress. I am still connected with all employers and colleagues. I still remember that Vishrantwadi office, those Monday standup meeting with Suresh Sir and his inspirational speech. All the best to VIT, Suresh Sir and Vijay Sir.

I have learnt to balance work and family, devoting time for everyone, satisfying everybody to their fullest, is really appreciable. The talent to handle work pressure without letting out on the team members, encouraging subordinates despite their mistake fetching you undue troubles, I have hardly known anyone with such great leadership quality. It has been 5 years relationship with this organization. Of which I hardly remember any day that I regret for my stay here. Dear Co-Workers and Managers, I have been a part of Vidushi Infotech for the past 3 years and here i am today with the help and support of you wonderful souls that i have made it this far as a Graphic Designer and a much Better Person. Here at in this office I have had a mixture of experiences, overall experience here has a been helped me learn and grow. Today when I am signing off I take immense pleasure in thanking our CMD Mr. Suresh Prasad for his belief in me and more over his extended love, support and care. He has never failed to impress and inspire me with his wonderful personality. Like my parents he has complete hand in shaping my career and I will always be grateful to him for the trust that he has shown in me and for giving me that one chance that changes an individual's life. Well Vidushi is the beginning of my journey where I have learned a lot. My first Lead Saumen Das was true epitome and helped me shape my initial days to what would be an ever-lasting memory. My current and previous team (Saumen, Sushil, Prashant, Arif, Altaf, Khalid, Himanshu, Gayatri & Myself) are amazing colleagues to work with and currently the best & Chillax team. Just to share my experience and my journey with Vidushi; first of all let me tell you all that it is still not ended. Those fond memory working with Vidushi and Sir (Suresh Sir) is something that I still cherish. I still remember when I joined vidushi, from then to now. It is all learning experience. Working with vidushi is not just about work but also enjoying while working. I remember my days in vidushi. It was so beautiful. I have had lots of fun. I can tell you that those were the best days of my life. Best moments of my life. Had few set of friends whom I enjoyed a lot, we worked together, we enjoyed together. I remember my first annual meet in vidushi... it was just a thrilling experience. Work, rehearsals and work. My friends at work Poonam (My college friend), Gauri and Girish we just enjoyed. I remember sir saying to all three of us "Teen deviyan" (Me, Poonam and Gauri). All the thanks goes to Sir (Suresh Sir). I remember he saying one day to me that you do whatever you want to but work comes first and should be completed first. I had a liberty of doing extra curricular activity as well with the term and conditions that it will not hampered my work. I must appreciate Suresh sir that he always gave me an opportunity to learn. He was my immediate reporting boss. Has always encouraged me in everything. He made me learn new things. He would always emphasis me on learning new things and gaining new skills related to my field. I could go to him for everything that I needed. The opportunity to manage everything single handedly was possible only in Vidushi which enhanced my skills and made me confidant to stand in the market.All those who are reading this must be thinking it is all Goodie Goodie experience that I have. For them let me put it in this way that bad experience were there; I have cried, I have fought, I have also criticized (In front of sir) but that does not stop me from cherishing the good and showing my gratitude for all the good that I got. Infact I would say the good once were so much that bad does not count at all. There is so much to put on the paper. I can just go on writing. I still remember the Dighi office which was a 10 X 10 small shop with 4 people and wondered, is it a IT company or a DTP center? If I join there, where is the place to sit?. I never forget the first meeting with Mr. Suresh as a battery picking assistant. It was an accident or I would say its God’s wish I met him with my friend Arul who supplied the first digital UPS to VIT and introduced me to Mr. Suresh. I am still surprised that without having a second thought he immediately asked me to join Vidushi InfoTech on the inauguration day in October 2003 at Vishrantwadi. I was a raw stone at that time and VIT polished me as a Gem within a short period. Mr. Vijay, Mr. Rakesh & Mr. Satrughan are the ones who taught me the basics of web development and are equally responsible for my success. I thank Mr. Suresh who hold my hands & gave confidence during my maiden steps in the world of IT. I learned not only the technology in VIT but also the leadership, management, visionary and entrepreneur qualities from an excellent friend Mr. Suresh. He gave me the freedom and opportunity to learn not only web development but also other infrastructure areas such as electricity, UPS etc. I was the person who used to open the company shutters when the day starts and close that at the end of day along with Mr. Suresh. When I joined Vidushi Infotech in January,2005, it was a small firm with very few developers and web designers sitting in a small cyber cafe size area in Vishrant wadi, I was wondering is this really a software company or just a cyber cafe 🙂 but soon it started growing and blooming and finally turned into a full fledge web based software solution provider. The BEST thing about Vidushi Infotech is that it gives all employees of all departments/profiles to work, explore, experiment,make mistakes and correct them, grow as a Professional and perform. I will like to compare Vidushi Infotech with the BHATT CAMP of Bollywood, the Bhatt's( Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt) give a platform to new fresh actors who have no Godfather in the Film industry, they tune the actors and these very actors later turned out to become BIG STARS in bollywood and earn both money and fame. Same is applicable for Vidushi Infotech, the Management - Suresh Sir and Vijay Sir and other Senior employees give the Freshers a chance to join their organization and learn and work and deliver good work which helps these very FRESHERS to later jump to other big projects and companies and reach to great heights in their career..... so HATS OFF to the Management first and then the employees who in turn train the freshers who join this company. 100% of all employees who had worked in Vidushi Infotech have climbed the ladder of success in their careers and NO DOUBT the credit first goes to Vidushi Infotech and then their own efforts. One fine spring morning , in early 2006 I got a phone call from a soft spoken lady named “Veena” Regarding job opening for an organaization, named Vidushi Infotech . More then Six years passed after I received first communication from Vidushi , the memories of that phone call is as fresh as morning dews on the leaves. Such was the great and marvelous experience I had with the Vidushi infotech during my four years of stay. In fact, Being in the Vidushi was like feeling of second home. The support and Guidance of Suresh Sir,Vijay Sir, Nalini Mam , Satrughan sir was tremendous . I never felt hesitation to take guidance from them and this was the best part of my Vidushi Carrer . I am glad and grateful that each and every one of you for being so friendly and always supportive and encouraging me at all times and giving me such a role to head Quality Assurance department. Suresh sir’s vision and values used to be very inspirational and that contributed a lot in my professional and personal growth. After 4 year of exciting and memorable stint with Vidushi, I bidded adieu to Vidushi to pursue other opportunities in life. Those 4 years will always remain very important piece of my career. There were ups and downs in this time and that’s the part of business and management dealt with situations very well and wisely. Salute from my heart... Working in VIT was a dream come true experience for me. For three years in college i had been aspiring to join IT industry.
